Good times coming your way for fall, are you excited? I know I am. You probably know that we limit our portrait sessions every year due to our crazy schedule. We get so many inquiries during the holiday season for portrait sessions, so we decided to do something a little differently this year instead of having to turn so many of you down. We are going to be offering Fall Mini Sessions. They will be taking place on two dates, November 3rd and 17th and will last for 20 minutes each. You will receive a minimum of 8 full res digital files to be used for anything you please, holiday cards, prints, gifts, etc. Aaaaaaaand, guess what? It gets better. The always amazing Sitting in a Tree is going to be styling them. YES! We wanted to give you some variety with locations, so on Nov 3rd we will be shooting at an outdoor session in the South/North Park area of San Diego, and on Nov 17th the session will take place indoors at our place in San Diego (South Park). For the pricing, it’s $289 per session which includes everything I listed above, including the styling by Tori (it’s not clothing styling, but setting styling and props). Then you will have your images delivered to you via electronic transfer by the last week of November, in time for any cards or prints. Soooo, interested? Space is limited and we are already halfway booked so email me right away if you want to get in on the goodness I will send you a paypal invoice and once I receive payment you will be booked! Then in the meantime, check out some portrait goodies here on our blog. oxox

As you can tell, this week it’s a Tuesday blog post. This travel is doing some crazy things to our schedule, but we love it so bring it on scheduling craziness! Don’t you worry, still blogging. Today is a good one too, a good one indeed. Last month we had the opportunity to shoot a wedding in Denver and while we were out there we met up with our friends Kelsey and Shaun and just had to capture a bit of their life to take home with us to San Diego. We ADORE these two, YES, like heart explosion adore. They used to live down the street from us and I’d be lying if I didn’t say a little piece of our heart broke off when these two moved away. Shaun is one amazing videographer-photographer-artist-all around good dude (and one of the nicest at that) and Kelsey is a killer writer-blogger-chef extraordinaire. So to say these two inspire us would be the understatement of the century…just being in the same room with them makes me want to create amazing things. Yeeeees, Kelsey and Shaun, we love you. Thank you so much for letting us be there to document just a little piece of your life, for long talks over brunch, for your honesty and your passion for what you do. You do life well my friends, and we can’t wait for the next time (which better be soon)!!

Hi there! Oh man, have I been sick or what? Maybe some of you have noticed, maybe not, but I pretty much fell off the face of the planet this last week due to the worst cold of my life. Death plague. My apologies for my absence and also, my apologies for the random vague emails you may have gotten from me…needless to say I was a bit out of it when emailing under quarantine. Phew, but I’m alive and almost well and ready for another week. Today we’re having a catch up in the office day so we just have a little glimpse of the lovely engagement session we shot yesterday with our new friends Tae and Kary, the drove up from Mexicali just to spend a few hours with us and few hours of awesomeness they certainly were. We will of course be sharing more of their session at a later date, but just thought we’d give you a little taste because, well, we love them. So off I go to play inbox and editing catch up…love ya folks! muah!
