Oh hey, it’s blog post time. Rico and I have vowed to make this a regular occurrence again starting now, so here we go! This Korakia Pensione wedding is magic I tell you, pure magic. Everything from the setting, the design, the dress (mmmmm BHLDN) and most of the all, the wonderful and easy going clients….was perfection. We loved hanging with Barbara and Akiva in Palm Springs and I think you will too…or, at least through pics that is. And if you haven’t stayed at the Korakia, I HIGHLY recommend it for you future Palm Springs getaways. It’s glorious. Ok enough of my chatter…time for pics! enjoy! P.S. This post is a great example of our new film package we are offering, its a mix of digital, 35mm, and polaroids.
Oh happy day (as my grandma used to say) we have a blog post for ya’ll today. We are currently in NOLA, just about to head out after spending the last 5 days here shooting, roaming, and eating…lots of eating. We were lucky enough to come to this amazing city for the wedding of Ted and Courtney. These two babes found us on instagram, which always makes us happy (you can find us there at @rachelcast and @ricocast btw), and we didn’t meet them until we arrived last week to New Orleans. When we met them though, instant…instantly head over heals in love with them. Yep. They’re great….AND they had a parade at their wedding. Soooooo, since we haven’t blogged in a while and we loved this wedding, these two, this city, SO MUCH we decided to edit a quick few and blog before leaving NOLA. Fueled by beignets, tropical cocktails, and lots of fried pickles we busted this out and it was well worth it. You’ll see why, just take a look below. Courtney and Ted, seriously? You’re two of the good ones, we adore you and hope you’re having the best time ever in Dubai.
Oh Monday, why do you hurt so much sometimes…waking up is hard to do eh? Well, that’s ok because I have a good one for you that will cheer up those beginning of the week blues. Today we are sharing the wedding of Tae and Kary that we shot in Ensenada last year. These two, oh man, what can I say? I love them. A lot. They are fellow photographers and amazing people and they really really really connected with our style and our vision…we were all seriously a match made in heaven. We made the quick drive down to Ensenada and spent a couple of days glamping with them and enjoying the wedding events, it was, yes, it was everything. They were recently featured on Green Wedding shoes and you can read all about their vision behind their wedding over there, so head on over and read more about them. Then take a look below at their story. Kary and Tae, it was a complete honor. Thank you for trusting us, for connecting with us, and for having us there to tell your story. We adore you and can’t wait to hear all about your travels around the world. Although, we will definitely be missing you! xoxox
