Oh goodie, it’s Monday. I know you all are saying that right about now. Well hopefully you’ve had your coffee by now and are ready for some blog post action. Guess what happened to us this last weekend? NOTHING. Whaaaat? Yep, my friends, we had the weekend off. So we ate a lot, hung out with our besties (core team!) and slept in. I’d forgotten what it’s like to take a break and I must say, it’s something I could get used to.
So here we are, rested and ready to share a sweet wedding with you. So I’m sure you’ve heard me mention the talented Aqua Vivus from time to time on this blog. Well, Tom got hitched himself this time, to the wonderful Mindi at that. AND it was quite the good time at that. Honestly, it was SUCH a trip for Rico and I having him in front of our camera because we have spent so many hours shooting alongside him, and suddenly there he is, in front of our cameras letting us tell his story. TRIP! Rico and I were there on Tom and Mindi’s first date, and then at their proposal, engagement session, and finally the wedding, so we’ve seen this story through a lot of it’s milestones and it’s been amazing. Tom, seeing you and Mindi grow in your relationship is such an honor and pleasure, seriously. Mindi, it’s been so great getting to know you, you really are the perfect match for our little Tomatillo. We love you both and we look forward to many more life changers that we will get to be a part of (and our trip to Mexico in three weeks…yeeeaaaaaah). Oh yeah, and I can’t leave you without a shout out for some of my fave vendors we worked with that day, Carter & Cook (and their adorable baby bumps) did the coordination, then Claudette Zepeda kicked some major cake baking ass (her website is under construction, so email me if you want info), then there was the amazing Amari Productions that Tom entrusted to film his wedding, and DJ Daniel Peterson kept the party going all night…pretty much, it was an awesome day for an awesome couple who did a GREAT job at picking the perfect team. Thank you again Tom and Mindi and enjoy!
